Skilled Care in the Bradley Pavilion

For the time when independent living in the Residential Care Home is no longer an option, the Pavilion is a 30-bed skilled nursing facility for the extended care of The Bradley Home residents, should their needs go beyond residential living accommodations. Residents receive expert, round-the-clock nursing care in a home-like setting.

In addition to the per diem rate, residents would be responsible for all other bills.

In accordance with Section 176-341 of CT General Statutes, there is a 5% discount off the private rate in the Pavilion for any resident insured under a Connecticut Partnership Approved Long-Term Care Policy.

Fees for Services:

S.N.F – $450.00 per day.
